Connection problems
Ever sense I bought my computer about a year ago I've had an on going problem of my internet connection just randomly losing its connection. It seems to accure more freaquently when I try to download something or I go to a web page with lots of pictures. I have no idea why this accures but its becoming a very big problem that I'm starting to get frustrated with.
I have Comcast Cable and a Linksys 4 port router I dont know if that information will help. Really I dont know what information will help I'm a huge noobs when it comes to computers. If you need more information please tell me how I might go about obtaining it. :P Any help would be great! |

Exact make and model of your cable modem?
Exact make, model and firmware version of your Linksys router? Are you connected via wire or wireless to your router? Have you attempted any sort of speed test? JamesO |
