LAN won't work on VersaLink 327W DSL Gateway

Hi,

I am using Westell VersaLink DSL gateway model 327w15-06 with firmware v03.02.00a. This gateway/modem got 4 ethernet ports. I've 4 PCs connected to all 4 ports and am doing file sharing and network pring for one month. About two weeks agao, the LAN stop working and all I can do is access the Internet from my 4 PCs. Every PC got an IP address from the 327w modem but can't ping each other. I've called Westell and they refuse to help me cause I am a verizon customer. I've checked the modem configuration and make sure the private LAN is enabled. Does anybody have any idea?

If they can't ping each other, I'd start with firewall settings. That's by far the most common cause of this problem. Did you install any new software on the computers recently? Any updates?
