hi..first time posting....I too have the same problem...I also checked everything in house...I took the dsl modem outside and connected to the phone line in on pole and checked still no dsl connection phone connection fine...I will repost my solution after phone co..comes out tomorrow

Even though it's your first time posting, you should have read my post where I split the previous first time poster to a new thread. We don't hijack other people's threads to post our problems here.

Your problem appears to be clearly either the ISP or your DSL modem, not much else in the loop. I suspect they should be able to clear it up.

I ended up call telco and they did all the checking and found a bad I/O card in their substation.. the card was changed and the dsl is now working..thanks for your input
