Problem with Linksys WRTP54G

Hello

I am a newbie here and have a problem: :

Ever since I installed the Linksys WRTP54G router I can't access my email at yahoo or gmail. Can't login to the website of my ISP either. Well I went through trouble shooting with my ISP, bypassed the router and got access to my email accounts.
As soon I connected the router, No login to email . I contacted Linksys, was on the phone with them for over an hour extensive troubleshooting like changing the MTU etc. Unfortunately it didn't work, they suggested at the end to check with Vonage where I got the router from, to check on the firmware. To their knowledge the firmware is current.
Anyone who has similiar experiences???

Any help would be great.

Thank you
Merry Christmas to you all

Did you turn off the modem when you changed the device connected to it? You MUST power cycle a broadband modem whenever the attached device changes.

Problem with Linksys WRTP54G Router

Yes I did power down the modem, followed all the troubleshooting steps.
I'm wondering why I can't login to my email accounts.
It is getting a little frustrating, cause when I bypass the router everything works great. Linksys tech support was not very helpful, they didn't know what the cause of the problem is.

I think from this thread in the Vonage forum that you may want to consider asking for your money back. http://www.vonage-forum.com/ftopic6744.html
