Roadrunner - odd loss of connectivity problems

Hello all! I'm having repeated problems with my road runner connection. 90% of the time, my cable service works great. But about every other day, between the hours of 5:00 and 7:00 PM EST, I'll suddenly lose my connection (it'll get stuck steadily blinking the sending or receiving light). I'll try to power cycle my modem and router, to no avail. The connection will eventually come back on (often while I'm on the phone with the tech guys, wouldn't you know), but I'm, and they're, stumped as to what's going on.
This has been going on for a couple of months now, really since I moved and first set up service here in St. Augustine, FL. I'd happily spring for a new and improved modem if that would help. Any thoughts?

Here's my specs (sorry for the lengthy list-don't know what's relevant):

Windows XP (service pack 2)
AMD Athlon 64 FX-55
Firewall: NVIDIA Forceware (set to low)
Antivirus: Norton Antivirus 2005
Spyblocker: Webroot Spyblocker

Hardware:
Modem: Motorola SB5101
Router: Linksys WRTP54G (with Vonage VOIP)
NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller (driver 4.6.4.0)
Marvell Yukon 88E8001/8003/8010 PCI Gigabit Ethernet Controller (driver 7.21.1.3)

Ipconfig display (when working)
Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection 2:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix: se.rr.com
IP Address: 192.168.15.100
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.15.1

Thanks guys!!! Happy Holidays!

I suspect you're going to have to keep beating on the ISP until they fix it. It's real unlikely that it's a problem on your end.
