Cant Connect To Internet

Hi Im a first time user of tech support i hope you guys can help me... i cant connect to the internet with internet explorer and when it can connect a spyware message appears i already clean all of my bad files and still cant connect to the internet i have to use real player media player to go on the internet i hope you guys can help me

I already clean all the spyware out of my computer and i still cant go online is there something wrong that i am doing it has never happen to me so i dont know very much of this problem if someone could help me please

Well, you still have spyware if a message pops up, think about it. Post a HijackThis log in the Logs forum and the security folks will help you out.
