SPA 2100 With 5200 E250 speedstream problem
 Hello.not sure where to post this.I'm new to this whole voip thing and I ordered a Sipura SPA 2100. I have a 6520 speedstream modem from Bell sympatico. Three of my other friends ordered an ATA as well (same kind) and they all have a 5200 speedstream modem from Bell . My ATA initializes and theirs don't. Any ideas? I was told from Bell that the 5200 is only a modem. Mine on the otherhand is a router/modem. Could this be the difference? I know you can change the modem into a router but not sure if this would solve the problem. I have been trying to educate myself for about a week now off of different threads and am almost giving up.
