Need some help please

I need some help.........I wouls appriciate any you could give.

I cant seem to attatch pic to an e-mail..................I can send the e-mail.............it looks like its trying to load the file......but just says.............loading file.................never had this problem before.........i have sent hundreds of attatchments before............I have a pentium 4 and DSL. Could my nortons be blocking it /

Thanks..........any help would be appriciated

what are you trying to send email through?
