i'm sorry if you don't want this post in your forums, i don't see any real problem w/ it but p( mech got upset when i posted it, please feel free to flag it for a moderator and remove it if it offends... anyhow:
alright, this is how i understand what happened, my buds little sister slapped sbc parental controls on him stricter than hers, when his mom set it up his little sister got mad and said if i have to have parental controls than why shouldn't he, so his mom said ok and let the girl put them on(they were just setting it up for the first time) stricter than hers, so now hes stuck this way cause his moms never home and she wont change the controls anyhow; well when i heard bout this i said id help him out as fast as possible so any advice would be helpful, i checked sbc's site trying to figure out how it works after an unsuccessful google... they say it works on all browsers not only theirs so im guessing it must work w/ some software like an lsp or something, or maybe it works on their end, well before i try a public proxy i wanted to try to override it completly so we dont have to deal w/ that BS, any ideas would be apreciated, or if anyone knows how it works please tell me so i can do further research, thanks!!!! please note im not trying to hack their software or anything illegal, simply trying to find a hole in it, agian i don't know why p( mech got upset about this, but im just trying to help my friend out. thanks agian |

I hope you understand, but we won't assist in removing parental controls, you'll have to have that discussion with the parents in question.
