Processing modem screen

Ok so i ordered verizon dsl and srd was today. After 6 pm i tried to install and this page goes on and on http://www.dslreports.com/r0/downloa...processing.JPG

Im using a westell versalink modem. Whats my problem? Please help

What was installed? What is your homepage set to? If you can browse to that link and see the picture it means that you are connected to the internet, I'm not sure why it goes to that page though.

All I get is a tiny little icon, how about telling us what's really happening.
