I HAD the connection...but I lost it. Help!
I just got Verizon FIOS service, and I have a Laptop and a Desktop.
The Desktop is directly connected to the router, and it works fine. I got the DLink Wireless NIC and I HAD the connection on my laptop, but then when I was trying to reconfigure the network settings, and trying to get an actual Network set up for sharing files and stuff. Somehow I lost it, it either says it's fine or it says the signal is poor, but either way the laptop can't connect to the internet, while the desktop is still working fine. I think I must've accesssed a certain setting or somethign somewhere. Can anyone help. They're both Xp SP2 computers. Thanks. |
