Teamspeak? Games? hidden Firewall?

Ok I have 2 friends I know, one of em has the same internet as I do and only lives 25 miles from me.

Now the problem I have in which I could not find a solution to is still haunting me.

The 3 of us makes games if it be on Age of Empires/II, Teamspeak Server, Age of Mythology and all 3 of us has made servers in which not a single one of us can connect to one anothers server or game. Teamspeak is the same way.

My question is what the heck is the problem? Theres no firewall or nothing stopping any of are connections. one of there friends however made a Teamspeak server which btw has the same internet as me and lives maybe 20 miles from me and we had no problem connecting to it.

I just cant solve the problem unless some spyware crap is blocking the ports or somthing, is there any solution?
