Zhone, Paradyne, ISP problem
Hello,
I have a recurring problem with my ISP in the Caribbean. They have no support and access to help of any kind is .... not there. I have a http://www.zhone.com/products/6211 plus Paradyne firmware of 3.00.17. Please see .txt of my system log. Or see here in quotes. Quote:

Sure looks like a modem or ISP issue. This is certainly a problem from the modem outward...

It's very hard to come with a "clear indication", and they can always slime their way out anyway.

I bought a new DSL filter ... same problem.
Also to add. The upload stays the same (more or less) at about 300kbps, but the download varies a lot. 98kbps at times to 1233kbps. |
