Help with At&T dsl modem

I have had this modem for over 2 years, so I am sure it is out of warranty. The problem is this...everything works fine, but for the last 3 nites when I go to bed (leaving computer on and running) when I get up, the only light that is on on the modem is the first light (power light). I have to unplug everything, and plug back in and then it works. THis leads me to believe that the modem is going on the blink. What could be the problem, or help direct me to a compatible modem that I will be able to purchase on Ebay, as I am not going to shell out $80.00 for one thru AT&T. THanks! Lindsey

The exact make/model of the modem you have now would be a big help.

It is a Motorola Mstatea 2210-02-1003

Sounds like a standard DSL modem. I'm pretty sure any standard DSL modem should be compatible with the AT&T service.

Are you sure this isn't an AT&T issue and not the modem?
