problem with my net connection
hi,
i just had my new internet connection at my house.... my problem is that my internet suddenly disconnects the cable is unplugged then plugged then unplugged vice versa at first i think this problem is from my net provider but then ive asked around some of my friends using same internet provider there not having the same problem as i have so i think it must be my PC whose fooling around with my internet connection coz when i restart my PC and turn my modem off/on my connection comes back.. after a few minutes im experiencing the same problem again... btw i also checked the cable connections they were all fine so it must be my PC please i need help cant utilize my PC properly every now and then coz of this stupid connection problem....... thanks in advance... hope someone can help me ASAP... |

Actually, I suspect this is indeed the ISP or the modem they provided. There's no reason to suspect that your machine would suddenly have problems the same time that a new ISP service is installed, I'd suspect the thing that changed.
