Trouble with internet speed
Hey all
I am running an ADSL wireless router with Italian service provider "WIND". The modem itself is a D-link model number DSL-2640B. The problem I am having is that the network is broadcasting, and I can connect to it, however the speed is appallingly slow, websites such as google load instantly, others such as facebook do not load at all. Signal strength is not the issue as I have moved my laptop next to the router and the problem is not made any better or worse and my housemates have tried their laptops and they are having the same problem so it is not an isolated incident on my laptop. I will provide any further information you require. Thanks! Alex |

Sounds like you have a problem with the ISP, that would be my first call.
