Dell Diagnostic Freezes
Well I will start to the beggining. My computer wouldnt start up, it would get the screen Oh your Windows didnt start succesfully or w/e, I would pick one of the options and it would flash the Blue Screen and shut down. Prior to that I did get the BLue Screen but I would just power down the pc and turn it on and it would be fine. I inserted the CD to redo EVERYTHING and did it. I was dumb since I lost all my itunes but anyway, It wont connect to the modem thingy. I am hardwired to the modem, and I think the modem connects to a linksys for the wireless pc in my house. I ran the dell diagnostics and it is stuck on USBTM.MDM, what should I do?? My pc is a Dell Dimension E521. PLease help TY
