help finding wep/wpa for deployed husband

my husband bought an axesstel wireless usb modem and he can't connect to the internet b/c it's asking for a number, which we can only assume is the wep/wpa network key. it is not located on the modem, and i searched the internet and axesstel's website and they won't answer the phone. where can i find this key? the model number is mv140nvr, hope that helps.

thank you for your time and help, it is greatly appreciated.

The encryption key is configure in the wireless gateway that he's attempting to connect to.

I can't find any reference to a axesstel mv140nvr anywhere, do you have a correct make and model?

What would be REALLY useful is a link to the manufacturer site that you mentioned.

OK, this is a cellular modem, I didn't realize that. It's not a WEP/WPA key, it's obviously some access code for the local cellular service. I don't have a clue what they'd have over there, but he has to have an account with the local service to access it.
