help finding wep/wpa for deployed husband
my husband bought an axesstel wireless usb modem and he can't connect to the internet b/c it's asking for a number, which we can only assume is the wep/wpa network key. it is not located on the modem, and i searched the internet and axesstel's website and they won't answer the phone. where can i find this key? the model number is mv140nvr, hope that helps.
thank you for your time and help, it is greatly appreciated. tara |

Re: help finding wep/wpa for deployed husband
The encryption key is configure in the wireless gateway that he's attempting to connect to.
I can't find any reference to a axesstel mv140nvr anywhere, do you have a correct make and model? What would be REALLY useful is a link to the manufacturer site that you mentioned.

Re: help finding wep/wpa for deployed husband
OK, this is a cellular modem, I didn't realize that. It's not a WEP/WPA key, it's obviously some access code for the local cellular service. I don't have a clue what they'd have over there, but he has to have an account with the local service to access it.
