Linksys adapter inactive
I have a wireless adapter on my laptop. Linksys WPC54G ver.3. When I plug it in the power light does not come on however it does show that I am connecting to my network. Then the little box in the toolbar says WPC54G inactive.

Re: Linksys adapter inactive
OK I am on line now but this is what happens, when my computer starts up I get a small box that says "Warning" Hardware ID missing and then an OK check. If I don't click OK then I can connect to the internet however if I click OK the box goes away and I can not get on. Not sure what to do or what is causing this? Thank you
