Blank web page with FF & connection error in IE
I am having a problem with my Firefox connection. Recently my wife said that there was some update made to the desktop pc and now when I click on to FF, it shows blank on the URL field and says 'Done' on the bottom. Try any other website and it's the same thing.
I tried IE and the standard connection error comes up. I'm not sure what update was made, but I do notice the added MSN Messenger icon on the bottom toolbar. I can't ping the router, but can access the wireless connection from my laptop. Any help is appreciated....thanks! |
