I'm not really familiar with the model of linksys you're using but what you can do is to access the linksys page first by clicking on internet explorer > go to address bar and erase whatever you have in there and type in the numbers 192.168.1.1
if it asks for a user and pass you can try typing user: admin pass: password user: admin pass: admin user: admin pass: blank/empty then once you have accessed the linksys page just go to wireless section and change the channel there.
