Limited or No Connectivity Buffalo WBMR-HP-GN
Hi All,
I have been using a Siemens 4200 modem (supplied by Telstra Bigpond) and a D-link DI-524 wireless router with no problems for a couple of years. Recently I decided to replace them with a Buffalo WBMR-HP-GN Wireless modem/router. I unplugged the speedstream and router then followed the instructions carefully to connect the Buffalo WBMR-HP-GN but I keep getting that Limited or No Connectivity error. I have disabled firewall and all virus/malware programs. Tried rebooting, made sure computer is set to 'Obtain IP address automatically', tried repairing the connection but still no luck. Typing http://192.168.11.1 also doesnt work (not surprising if their is no connectivity). As soon as I connect the speedstream modem I have no problem. Using XP SP3. Any suggestions? TIA |
