[SOLVED] Wireless Router/Firewall Problems
I just recently got Comcast Wireless High Speed Internet installed in my home. I have a Netgear CG814WG v2 router. About 99% of the websites I try to visit won't load, but when I hook up an ethernet cord directly to the router instead of using the wireless, everything works fine. Several people in my house are also having the problem. After taking me through many processes that were not helpful, Comcast sent a technician to my house, who ultimately said I had "a firewall installed somewhere" that was blocking my internet access. The problem is, I have no idea what that firewall is or how to disable it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'd like to use the internet I'm paying for as soon as possible. Thanks so much.
