Wireless Drop Outs Despite "Full" Signal
Hi Guys,
This isn't so much a problem, more so a query. I have a Belkin Wireless N+ Modem/Router (I hate Belkin now) and it drops out on my Xbox 360 Randomly. It says full signal, and as soon as it drops out I can force it to connect and it works fun, until it disconnects again. The odd thing is, it seems to stay Connected when my Vista Laptop is connected to the wireless network. Soon as I turn the Laptops connection off, bingo, the Xbox 360 will disconnect soon after. I know you may suggest its the Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter, but the only thing is I think its fine because it worked fine with my other Belkin Wireless N+ (It was replaced due to Belkin Firmware killing it, so they sent me a newer model) After my old one got replaced under warranty for the above reason, I got the newer model, had the same issue, except it would happen with the 360 and my iPhone. I rang Belkin demanded a new one, and they sent the one I have now through, which only happens on the 360... Could anyone have any ideas what may be causing it. I am considering running Ethernet cable from my switch to my TV and 360 (provided its possible) Thanks in Advance. |
