ADSL Internet Auto Connecting & Disabling

Hi
I am using ASDL internet connection(LAN) from D-Link router 4port Midel# 2640-U with IP address.
I have on network 5 Computer one computer having windows Vista rest all computer run with Windows XP Prof
My internet is auto connected but after 5 minutes it auto disconnect and then after some auto connect this problem only in Windows XP runing systems.Vista computer work normally.
Please help me on this problems

Did this only start happening after you installed this particular router?
Did it work before with a different router, or is it a whole new network?
Do you have all of your connections set to dynamic IP addresses?
It sounds like a setting you may have in your XP machines.

That, or your network has issues and perhaps your Vista machine is connected to a different network.
