Orange Icon 225 USB + Vista

I am trying to install mobile broadband software on Vista Business but it doesn't install the software, no error message appears. It says it was successfully installed.

I've turned off the Firewall/Virus software but to no avail
I've also copied the software over from my laptop with XP on but when I open it up it says the device can't be found!

Any ideas?

Are you logged on with admin rights ?
