Exclamation Netgear WPN824 with Speedstream 4100

Hardware: NETGEAR RangeMax WPN824 Wireless Router, Siemens SpeedStream 4100 Modem

Problem: Only able to connect to internet when PC is plugged directly into modem ethernet output

Ideal Solution: Being able to use wireless router in combination with the modem.

I have already tried powercycling everything, updated all the firmware as well. Sorry if I'm lacking descriptiveness. Ask any questions you need and please help, I've been at thyis for a few hours

Re: Netgear WPN824 with Speedstream 4100

Sorry if I wasn't very clear in my first post (I was a little tired by then).

I have a Netgear Rangemax wireless WPN824 Router and an AT&T Siemens 4100 modem.

I brought these with me from my old house to my new house (where I am trying to set it up) and they worked at the old house, so I am sure that they are not defective.

When I connect the ethernet port on my computer to the ethernet port on the modem, all the lights (Power, DSL, Ethernet, Internet) are all a solid green and the Activity light blinks. When I try to connect my computer to my router and my router to the modem, The power light is a solid green and the DSL light does this:

It blinks green for about 10 seconds, goes solid green for about 10 seconds, blinks red for about 10 seconds, and then starts the cycle again.

I can get on the internet right now through just the modem, but I would like to be able to use wifi for other computers in the house. My suspicion is that it is either a setting I missed or a mode something needs to be put into. I have already tried putting the modem into bridged mode and then connecting the router, but it still exhibits the same behavior.
