Copying IOS from tftp to Cisco Router

As shown below:

Trying to copy an IOS from tftp to router.

I've got a 16MB flash which is more than enough to contain the IOS i'm trying to copy (9MB), and Flash is empty.

However, when it starts copying the files it tells me not enough space..

What the..?

Since you provided no details about what kind of router, it's hard to say. I'd ask Cisco tech support, that's what you pay the big bucks for their equipment for.
