Unable to connect via lan or wireless

I have a Satellite L355D-S7901 laptop running windows vista. While watching netflix on my computer via linksys router and trying to uninstall Norton at the same time my computer suddenly disconnected from the internet and powered down. When I turned it back on I couldn't connect to the internet via wireless. I have also tried to use the LAN with no luck. I don't have a clue where to start. I have tried to run Windows Network Diagnostics with the message windows cannot resolve the problem.

I ran ipconfig/all but I don't understand the data that I'm looking at.

Any help would be appreciated.

ps. It says I am connected to an unidentified network.

Please do not post duplicate threads on the same issue. Your other thread is located here. Can't connect via wireless or LAN
