Need other internet suggestions.
Well I'm in the navy and paying for cable in this barracks is pointless with so many people running off of one server the lag is ridiculous. I can't get dsl without a phone line. I'm pretty sure an aircard will be pretty slow for gaming. Satellite is out of the question... I can't put a satellite on top of this building I'll get in trouble plus its slower than dial up. I can't get a dedicated line. I'm not sure what to do any suggestions?

I think you covered all the possibilities! If the cellular option doesn't work for you, there's nothing I can think of to suggest.

I don't really know, I'm sure the pings will be higher than standard ISP connections, but I have no idea what the latency will be.
