RCADCM425 modem issue
my grandma has dsl, and that modem RCADCM425
she cant connect to the internet, shes getting limited connectivity it says. I've tried release/renew, changing the dhcp, and finally, calling comcast, where they said her ip is wrong, its coming up as 169.xx.xx.xx, when it should be 192.xx.xx.xx is there a way to configure the modem, like with linksys routers its 192.168.1.1 etc, is there a way to do this with this modem? any help would be appreciated
