Internet keeps on disconnecting need help!
My internet connection keeps on disconnecting and I dont know what the problem is.
Im not good at this stuff so sorry if it is confusing... The internet package I got from the ISP includes a box where Im suppose to connect the ethernet cable to. It has the labels Power, Ethernet and DSL. I have no problems with the first two. Usually the light of the DSL keeps shutting down and whenever the light is out I have no internet connection. (The light represents that something is on...I guess) Additional Info: I have ADSL This just happened recently, I had no problems before. I have scanned my PC with AVG 8.5 Free and no threat came up. When I dont use the internet the DSL light turns on and when I connect to the internet it turns off. |

I dont use a router. The box thing only has one ethernet port. If Im wrong, even though it has no internet connection, the Ethernet light is still on ============================================================ Would also like to add that these began when I played TitansLuna. While I was playing TitansLuna it had no problem first few days I played. Then everytime I move in TL I keep disconnecting, after a couple of hours thats when my internet connection started acting up |

Re: Internet keeps on disconnecting need help!
The DSL light indicates you have a connection to the ISP. Since this is an ISP supplied box, you need to call their tech support. This is one of three things.
The Modem. The interior wiring and/or filter installation for phones. The ISP network.
