time warner cable
Hello, I just finished installing windows xp service pack 1 to me computer, after the installation I plugged in the time warner cable to the back to the computer to connect to the internet, after doing that I clicked on the internet explorer and it doesn't connect why can somebody help?

If you didn't power cycle the modem, that would be the first step.
