wireless modem went dead came on went dead?
Hi,
My wireless modem in my notebook went dead came on went dead again? I replaced it with in a new one but did not work. When it doesn't work it does not even show that I even have a wireless modem in System or when I start the notebook. Can it be a conflict with the I/O bios? Any suggestions would be helpful. ulf |

If it doesn't show up in Device Manager, my guess is that it's either loose in the socket or nonfunctional.
