Reformatted computer won't connect to dsl
I have Windows Millenium program...I reformatted and now it will not connect to dsl..I am thinking it is something really simple because I had absolutely no problem before reformatting...I have another computer that still connects to dsl so I know it is not the service provider...Can you please help me?

You are most likely missing network drivers to start.
Of course, the exact make/model of the DSL modem/router would be useful here. Let's see this from the machine in question. Start, Run, COMMAND to open a command prompt: In the command prompt window that opens, type type the following command: IPCONFIG /ALL >c:\IPCONFIG.TXT Open c:\IPCONFIG.TXT in NOTEPAD, copy and paste all of it in a message here. If you are on a machine with no network connection, use a floppy, USB disk, or a CD-RW disk to transfer a text file with the information to allow pasting it here.
