I just installed a new cartridge in my printer & now when I attach the printer's USB cable to my PC a message comes up saying that the PC does not recognise device. Consequently - when I tell my PC to print - it says ıi is printing or it lists docs to print but does not print at all....

Re: Problems recognising cable/device?
Are you sure the cartridge is installed correctly? Can you do a test print from the printer control panel?
If that fails, I'd uninstall the printer drivers and reinstall.
