Modem dial out script to test if number will hit.

Good day,
i work for a company that rents out # for conferencing calls and every 2-3 hours we have a list of about 15 number to test to make sure that the lines are working. As you can guess its long and painfully to do it by hand. so I'm trying to get a modem that will dial out the numbers and i would just look at my screen to see they dial out.
so can someone help me create a program that would use a Modem usr 56KBS v.92 to do the following:
Dial out to my first bridge (800-000-0000) (I'M in canada montreal)
then when it would pickup dial the same 7 digit code (1234567) followed by the Star *.
then dial ##### then hang up and move on to the second set of numbers,,
until the end.
I have to do this every 2-3 hours. by hand... can you help???
Cheers

Why not ask the company to commission such an application from a local programmer?
