Can't fax after reinstall
Here's my problem.
Gateway Computer, running xp home, SP2, GTW V.92 Voice Modem, WinFax Pro 10.0, Time Warner Cable Phone Service WinFax ran for years no problem with RoadRunner and then DSL. Moved, had to reinstall my OS and WinFax. Now when I try to send a fax I get a "no dial tone" message. First time I ever installed WinFax the initialization string had to be changed a few times. If this is an i.s. problem, what is the sequence I should be using? If it's the cable phone, is there a work around and what is it? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |
