Cisco Soho 97 password?

Hello: I have been using my Soho 97 for years without a hitch, that is until some lower level tech support guy changed my password. I could have never set it up myself with out Cisco tech support, I remember it was quite a task to get it going (it was supposed to be plug and play). So now I can't use it unless I can find out how to redo the password: does anyone out there know? If I can't get this resolved I will buy a Two Wire 1701 that SBC will support and put the Soho up on Ebay.
Thanks in advance for any help, KDM

I have a 2wire 2701 HG-G best router I've seen

easy way to reset the router to factory defaults is to hold the tiny reset button down for around 30 secounds to a minute

Re: Cisco Soho 97 password?

I need to reset the password that the ISP looks for. There are at least two others. KDM

KDM?

you might need to phone the ISP and go through their annoying steps to change the password if your router is like mine which is a Router/modem

They don't support any router other then the ones they support. They have a service at $15/month that will support other equipment I will check that out this morning. KDM
