help cannot connect

hi i have an advent laptop dont ask what kind coz i dont know sorry

i need help tho everytime i try to wireless connect to my o2 broadband it tells me that i cancelled the action please please help it does this with every wireless connection!

my 02 netgear is working fine as my partners dell is connecting to it no problem

plz help im pulling my hair out and want to cry lol

If your with O2 then you will/should have an O2 Router/modem. If you have connect it up and call O2. O2 have the best 24/7 Help desk you will ever find. They will try and help if you are using Netgear but the majority of the 1st line helpers only know their own product.
