No problem, just need suggestions.
I want to install Vonage in a room that does NOT have my modem. I have my cable installed in my room but I don't want the phone in here. So heres the question..
Say I buy a wireless router. Plug the router into my modem, hook up the computer in the other room to be on the same line. Okay. Now I need to hook the little Vonage box up but it requires a connection to my modem (1) and then to my router or computer (2) it says. I figure I plug my other computer into the Vonage box and then a wireless ethernet adapter into the modem slot. ..But do they make wireless adapters.. with wires? I know it's strange but do they make wireless adapters with ethernet cables? |
