Cisco 3020 firmware update
Hi,
We have 6x Cisco 3020s in our c-class enclosure, and unfortunately, no one's updated them since we bought them. I can't upgrade them over the console cable because xmodem doesn't seem to be recognized on the device. (Unless I'm doing something fundamentally wrong) And the ethernet ports do not allow IP configuration so I'm having a lot of trouble opening up the cisco device so it can contact the tftp server and get it's self updated. The device doesn't connect with the OA of the enclosure, because there is no virtual connect manager. If there is a way to add the virtual connect manager, that would make things easier. I have no idea how I'm supposed to connect to this device to update it's firmware. Please help. -Aaron |
