How can I boost my internet speed to improve online games? Do I have to change my router(I've already tried to change the firmware but it only made it worse)?

upgrade through your provider. You want faster speed you have to pay more.

He is right. Your download speed is pretty good but your upload is horrible. A lot of people get stuck on upgrading just their download and complain that their speed still sucks. you need to do both, but upload speed costs more than download speed.

How can I get my upload better without paying and also how can I lower my ping because in Battlefield 2 I get booted for a high average ping???
