Generic host process for Modem trouble shoots

Wen I'm connected to net via Prolink H9600 ADSL(dSL) modem after few mins.A msg appears saying that" Generic host process for win 32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close." There is the msg attached to this thread

This could be almost anything, hardware, disk corruption, malware.

You'll need to start narrowing it down.

I'd start with a memory test, just to eliminate one common cause. Either one of these run for a couple of hours should run error-free.
