ip addresses

i am trying to setup an office with a block of 30-80 ip addresses and i need them to change frequently. what exactly do i need to have setup through the dsl company? I also need a program that will change them frequently. Anyone have any suggestions?

You'll have to ask the ISP. This sounds a lot like a SPAM generating site, so I'm not at all sure I want to provide any assistance anyway. I can't think of any legitimate reason for such a requirement.

I am posting classified ads for different companies on the internet, not spamming. After you post so many for each one, for some reason it will boot them off so I was simply asking for some advice. I do not participate in illegitimate business of any kind!
