Cannot send or receive faxes winfax pro 10.0
Hi
When there is an incoming fax, winfax pro opens up and starts to receive the fax, showing on the screen for example, page 1 received. However when it completes receiving, an error message come up as follows: Error: writing to message store. Please restart the..." there is no further message so am nto sure what the solution is - i do not know what i am meant to restart. Winfax pro usually sounds a trumpet to say a fax has been received - this does not happen. There is nothing in the fax receive log to show any fax has been received. Please can someone help - we have restarted the computer several times but it still stays the same - it was working fine up until a couple of days ago and we have not touched any settings etc. Thanks Poonam |
