Password mismatch, Netcfg.hlp file missing
I am using a Siemens ADSL Modem to connect to the internet.Whenever I try to connect,it replies netcfg.hlp file not found.password not match..I'm a resident of India,my ISP is BSNL

Even though it appears you're having the same problem, please start a new thread when you have a new issue. It's very difficult to keep two problems straight and who's working on what in a single thread.

Sounds like you don't have the correct name/password for the ADSL account.
