Slow Wireless (Speedstream Modem, D-Link Router)
Hi,
I'm having problems with my wireless network speed. I have a Speedstream 4200 Modem and a D-Link DI-524UP Router. My wireless connection speed is extremely slow. My computer is plugged directly into the router and my connection is fine with regular speeds but my family use the wireless network for their laptops and keep whinging at me because it's so slow. What can I do about it? Thanks heaps |

Some things you can try here.
Many times these measures will resolve a lot of intermittent issues.

Re: Slow Wireless (Speedstream Modem, D-Link Router)
also try unplugging any 2.4 ghz cordless phones as an analog signal on the same frequency as the router is not good try unplugging them for a day or so. also try messing with the direction of the antenna abit.
