OK guys i need help pls

Ok here's my problem, since one month i've been experiencing slow browsing speeds and drops in downloading and streaming speeds. I can't load a youtube vid without buffering and my internet speed is 2mbps , takes about 10-12 seconds to load google. Before i was able to load a youtube very quickly and it buffered real quick allowing me constant play, and google opened up in 1-2 seconds. I've scanned my computer with kaspersky 2009 version, superantispyware, spybot and so on. But still the browsing is slow. When i test my speeds i get the correct upload and download speeds. And when i am downloading it downloads at 250KBps-260KBps but sometimes drops to between 100KBps-30KB sometimes it goes even lower . So can someone pls help me out, i would really appreciate it.

Register at DSLReports and run their Line Quality Tests. It's best to run this test with a direct wired connection to eliminate any wireless issues from the results. It's useful many times to run this test several times, and we'd like to see each of the results. Post the results link from the top of the test display page for each test run here.
