Router Problems (Ports)

Well the problem wich i had is that when im in game i play like 1 -2 min then it shows "Cannot Connect to the server"
I never had problems like this its weird ... Then i was sending some messages to suppor of the game and they told me that my Router /Modem is blocking some ports as you can see here :

Soo the qestion is , how to make it stop blocking ? And allow acess to the ports that are probably being blocked..
Ps i turned off Firewall , all antivirus programs almoust everything that had to do with internet (Xfire, msn, etc) still same problem, i was reinstaling the game checking for patches everythings clean , i even tryed calling my internet provider..They cant help..I dont know where o turn for help any more so am asking you , Can you help me with this problem ?

Try booting in Safe Mode with Networking and see if you still have a problem with that TRACERT.

FWIW, it works fine here.
